Trees and Tea

Today’s setback is an unexpected and inexplicable 4 inch drain pipe to the front of the house, uncovered while redoing the basement lavatory plumbing 3 feet underground. Maybe downspout related? Who knows. But our plumber will arrive in the morning to finish the job for real for real.

ISTG we will eventually post more than plumbing adventures. We’re sitting in the Arsenal apartment now, watching a James Bond movie and drinking rum and ginger beer.
